Abstract
Niskościeralna, wysokowytrzymała zaprawa do wykonywania posadzek w budownictwie mieszkaniowym i przemysłowym, której skład pozwala na uzyskanie niskiej ścieralności i wysokiej przypowierzchniowej wytrzymałości na rozciąganie, w której skład wchodzą, łączone ze sobą poprzez mieszanie z wodą, cement portlandzki, piasek kwarcowy o uziarnieniu do 2 mm wypełniacz oraz superplastyfikator charakteryzuje się tym, że w powyższym składzie udział cementu portlandzkiego wynosi 37,25 - 37,39 części wagowych, piasku kwarcowego wynosi 50,82 - 51,01 części wagowych, wypełniacza w postaci nanosfer amorficznego tlenku krzemu wynosi 0,19 - 0,56 części wagowych, a superplastyfikatora na bazie polikarboksylanów wynosi 0,19 części wagowych.Low-abrasion, high-strength mortar for flooring in residential and industrial construction, the composition of which allows for low abrasion and high tensile strength near the surface, consisting of Portland cement, quartz sand with a grain size of up to 2 mm, joined together by mixing with water the filler and the superplasticizer are characterized by the fact that in the above composition the proportion of Portland cement is 37.25 - 37.39 parts by weight, quartz sand is 50.82 - 51.01 parts by weight, filler in the form of amorphous silicon oxide nanospheres is 0.19 - 0.56 parts by weight and the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is 0.19 parts by weight.
