Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest powłokowa bariera cieplna na podłożu (1) ze stopów tytanu typu γ-TiA1, która posiada na tym podłożu (1) osadzoną międzywarstwę aluminidkową (2), która złożona jest fazy TiAl2 lub fazy TiAl3, na której jest warstwa tlenkowa (4) tlenków wzrastających termicznie, która zawiera zwłaszcza tlenek aluminium. Na tej warstwie tlenkowej (4) jest zewnętrzna warstwa ceramiczna (5), która zawiera tlenek cyrkonu stabilizowany tlenkiem itru. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania powłokowej bariery cieplnej na podłożu (1) ze stopów tytanu typu γ-TiA1, prowadzi się tak, że na podłożu (1) ze stopów tytanu typu γ-TiA1 osadza się międzywarstwę aluminidkową (2) złożoną z fazy TiAl2 lub fazy TiAl3, a następnie nakłada się warstwę tlenkową (4) tlenków wzrastających termicznie zawierającą zwłaszcza tlenek aluminium, która formuje się tak, że za pomocą strumienia plazmy zawierającego gazy obojętne oraz tlen nagrzewa się międzywarstwę aluminidkową (2) w warunkach obniżonego ciśnienia. Na warstwie tlenkowej (4) osadza się na warstwę ceramiczną (5) tlenku cyrkonu stabilizowanego tlenkiem itru, którą formuje się w poprzez fizyczne jej osadzanie z fazy gazowej z odparowaniem za pomocą palnika plazmowego.The subject of the application is a coating thermal barrier on a substrate (1) made of γ-TiA1 type titanium alloys, which has on this substrate (1) an aluminide interlayer (2) consisting of a TiAl2 phase or a TiAl3 phase on which there is an oxide layer (4 ) of heat-growing oxides, which includes especially aluminum oxide. On top of this oxide layer (4) is an outer ceramic layer (5) which comprises zirconium oxide stabilized with yttrium oxide. The application also covers a method of producing a thermal barrier coating on a substrate (1) made of γ-TiA1 type titanium alloys, carried out in such a way that an aluminide interlayer (2) composed of TiAl2 or the TiAl3 phase, and then an oxide layer (4) of thermally growing oxides containing, in particular, aluminum oxide is deposited, which is formed in such a way that by means of a plasma stream containing inert gases and oxygen, the aluminide interlayer (2) is heated under reduced pressure. On the oxide layer (4) a ceramic layer (5) of zirconium oxide stabilized with yttrium oxide is deposited, which is formed by its physical vapor deposition with evaporation using a plasma torch.
