Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy 3-(tien-2"-ylo)-1-(2'-hydroksyfenylo)-propan-1-onui sposobu wytwarzania 3-(tien-2"-ylo)-1-(2'-hydroksyfenylo)-propan-1-onuo wzorze 2. Postępując zgodnie z wynalazkiem, w wyniku działania układu enzymatycznego zawartego w komórkach szczepu Candida viswanathii KCh 120, następuje regioselektywna redukcji podwójnego wiązania w substracie. Uzyskany w ten sposób produkt wydziela się z wodnej kultury mikroorganizmu, znanym sposobem, przez ekstrakcję rozpuszczalnikiem organicznym niemieszającym się z wodą (chloroform).
