Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest oprawa oświetleniowa przede wszystkim do mocowania do podwieszanych sufitów karton gipsowych. Oprawa oświetleniowa do mocowania w płytach zawierająca źródło światła, element dystansujący charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera klosz (1) zbudowany z materiału przeźroczystego i mający postać płaskiej płytki w kształcie koła lub kwadratu z umieszczonym od góry kołnierzem (2) w kształcie walca o średnicy mniejszej niż płytka klosza (1) połączonego z wsuwaną w otwór w płycie podstawą (3) zawierającą źródło oświetlania i co najmniej dwa uchwyty (5) utrzymujące podstawę (3) na płycie.
