Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób separacji w środowisku wodnym ziaren metali szlachetnych, metali ziem rzadkich, kamieni szlachetnych i półszlachetnych z rud naturalnych, wykorzystujący zjawisko adhezji, obejmujący w kolejności znane etapy takie jak: - separacja wstępna polegająca na odsiewaniu frakcji do 5000 µm z rudy aluwialnej (okruchowej), albo na kruszeniu rudy pierwotnej (skały) do frakcji powodującej oddzielenie cennych minerałów od skały płonnej i ewentualnie na oddzielaniu z rudy ferromagnetyków znaną metodą; - tworzenie zawiesiny poprzez mieszanie odseparowanej wstępnie frakcji rudy z cieczą; - adsorpcja cennych minerałów z zawiesiny na powłoce adhezyjnej, a także odzyskiwanie wody z procesu; - desorpcja drobin cennych minerałów z powłoki adhezyjnej według wynalazku charakteryzuje się tym, że do wytworzenia powłoki adhezyjnej w separatorze, stosuje się lanolinę albo jej mieszanki z dodatkami, przy czym zawartość lanoliny w mieszance nie może być mniejsza od 80%.
