Abstract
Zestaw do wykrywania wirusa grypy zawierający urządzenie pomiarowe oraz bufor charakteryzujący się tym, że bufor zawiera 100 mM TRIS - HCl, 6.2 mM potasu heksacyjanożelazian (II), 6.2 mM. Potasu heksacyjanożelazin (III), 0.1% TWEEN 20 o pH w zakresie od 7,00 do 8.00 a urządzenie pomiarowe zawiera w obudowie mikrokontroler, który poprzez frontend analogowy jest połączony z biosensorem do którego za pomocą linkera o wzorze sumarycznym HSCH2(CH2)8CH2-CO- połączona jest cząsteczka do detekcji wirusa grypy o sekwencji aminokwasowej: Met Leu Pro Phe Arg Thr Asp oraz poprzez interfejs komunikacyjny z hostem PC i bezpośrednio ze wskaźnikami, korzystnie ledowymi. Przedmiotem niniejszego zgłoszenia jest także bufor do detekcji wirusa grypy oraz cząsteczka do detekcji wirusa grypy o sekwencji aminokwasowej: Met Leu Pro Phe Arg Thr Asp. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także linker łączony z wyżej zdefiniowaną cząsteczką oraz sposób detekcji wirusa grypy w próbkach biologicznych albo przemysłowych.
