Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest cząsteczka bioreceptora o podanym poniżej wzorze R1-alkil-C(O)NH-R2. Kolejnym przedmiotem wynalazku jest zastosowanie cząsteczek bioreceptora według wynalazku w elektrochemicznej spektroskopii impedancyjnej do wykrywania w jednej próbce jednej lub więcej patogennych bakterii i wirusów. Zgłoszenie, niniejsze, obejmuje też czujnik zawierający elektrodę, której powierzchnia jest pokryta warstwą metalu, charakteryzujący się tym, że warstwa ta jest modyfikowana cząsteczkami bioreceptora według wynalazku. Ponadto, przedmiotem wynalazku jest też sposób wykrywania w jednej próbce jednej lub więcej patogennych bakterii i wirusów za pomocą elektrochemicznej spektroskopii impedancyjnej, obejmujący następujące etapy: przemywanie i suszenie czujnika zawierającego elektrodę pokrytą metalem, modyfikacja powierzchni czujnika zawierającego elektrodę cząsteczkami bioreceptora, kalibracja układu pomiarowego, wykrywanie w jednej próbce jednej lub więcej patogennych bakterii i wirusów za pomocą układu pomiarowego przez obserwację zmian impedancji, charakteryzujący się tym, że modyfikację powierzchni czujnika zawierającego elektrodę przeprowadza się za pomocą cząsteczki bioreceptora według wynalazku.
