Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy kompozycji do hydrofobizacji włóknistych materiałów celulozowych zawierającej dwa roztwory przy czym roztwór A zawiera od 0,1% do 10% wagowych metyloetoksysilanów i ich dimerów w stosunku wagowym od 1:99 do 10:90, od 0,01% do 1% wagowych anionowego surfaktantu od 0,1% do 10% wagowych stabilizatora w postaci polimeru syntetycznego rozpuszczalnego w wodzie oraz wodę, z kolei roztwór B zawiera wodę oraz od 2% do 4% wagowych skrobi modyfikowanej termicznie w obecności 0,1-0,2% wag. związku zasadowego o stałej zasadowości Kb nie mniejszej niż 1012, korzystnie mocnej zasady, albo od 2 do 4% wagowych skrobi modyfikowanej enzymatycznie w obecności do 0,002 do 0,004% wagowych naturalnych enzymów rozkładających wiązania glukozydowe obecne w skrobi. Wynalazek dotyczy także sposobu wytwarzania tej kompozycji, hydrofobowych włóknistych wyrobów celulozowych oraz sposobu wytwarzania hydrofobowych włóknistych wyrobów celulozowych.The invention relates to a composition for the hydrophobization of fibrous cellulosic materials comprising two solutions, solution A containing from 0.1% to 10% by weight of methylethoxysilanes and their dimers in a weight ratio of 1:99 to 10:90, from 0.01% to 1% by weight anionic surfactant from 0.1% to 10% by weight of a water-soluble synthetic polymer stabilizer and water, while solution B contains water and from 2% to 4% by weight of thermally modified starch in the presence of 0.1-0.2% by weight . a basic compound with a constant basicity Kb of not less than 1012, preferably a strong base, or from 2 to 4% by weight of an enzymatically modified starch in the presence of up to 0.002 to 0.004% by weight of natural enzymes that break down the glucose bonds present in the starch. The invention also relates to a method for the preparation of the composition, a hydrophobic fibrous cellulosic article, and a method for the production of hydrophobic fibrous cellulosic articles.
