Abstract
Układ generowania wysokiego napięcia typu AC/DC do zastosowania w reaktorach zimnej plazmy typu PCD składający się z modułu zasilania, modułu generowania impulsów wysokiego napięcia, i obciążenia, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma moduł gaszenia wyładowań łukowych (3) składający się z kondensatora (C), pierwszej diody (D1), drugiej diody (D2), oraz dławika (5) połączony z modułem kształtowania impulsów wysokiego napięcia (2) oraz reaktorem zimnej plazmy typu PCD (4). Moduł zasilania (1) połączony jest w sposób równoległy z modułem generowania impulsów wysokiego napięcia (2), do którego pierwszego zacisku wyjściowego przyłączony jest pierwszy zacisk kondensatora (C), którego drugi koniec połączony jest z katodą pierwszej diody (D1) oraz z anodą drugiej diody (D2), której katoda połączona jest z pierwszym zaciskiem reaktora zimnej plazmy typu PCD (4). Drugi zacisk reaktora (4) przyłączony jest do pierwszego zacisku dławika (5) i drugiego zacisku modułu generowania impulsów wysokiego napięcia (2), a drugi zacisk dławika (5) połączony jest z anodą pierwszej diody (D1).AC / DC high voltage generation system for use in PCD type cold plasma reactors consisting of a power module, a high voltage pulse generator, and a load, characterized by having an arc extinguishing module (3) consisting of a capacitor (C ), the first diode (D1), the second diode (D2), and the choke (5) connected to the high voltage pulse shaping module (2) and the PCD type cold plasma reactor (4). The power module (1) is connected in parallel with the high voltage pulse generator (2), to the first output terminal of which is connected the first capacitor terminal (C), the second end of which is connected to the cathode of the first diode (D1) and to the anode of the second diode (D2), the cathode of which is connected to the first terminal of the PCD-type cold plasma reactor (4). The second terminal of the reactor (4) is connected to the first terminal of the choke (5) and the second terminal of the high voltage generator (2), and the second terminal of the reactor (5) is connected to the anode of the first diode (D1).
