Wkładka sierpowa (5) ma wykonany wewnątrz, na całej swojej szerokości, dwustopniowy kanał (5a), którego stopień wykonany jest na długości kanału (5a), do którego wejście usytuowane jest od strony komory tłocznej (4), dzielący wkładkę sierpową na dwa elastyczne języki (5b) połączone po przeciwnej stronie w stosunku do wejścia kanału (5a), przy czym w kanale (5a) kształtowo osadzony jest tłok (6) będący wycinkiem pierścienia, z jednej strony podparty jest sprężyną (7) mieszczącą się w stopniu kanału (5a), a z drugiej ciśnieniem panującym w komorze tłocznej (4) pompy.The subject of the invention is a gear pump with internal gearing with compensation of radial clearances.
