Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są startery oligonukleotydowe hybrydyzujące w obrębie genu Rpb2 do wykrywania patogenu grzybowego pszenicy Zymoseptoria tritici o sekwencjach: LidSt19 5'-GGTGAAGGACATGAGGCAGT-3' LidSt20 5'-CTTGCGGCCTTCTTTTGGTC-3'. Zgłoszenie, obejmuje także sposób wykrywania patogenu grzybowego pszenicy Zymoseptoria tritici, w którym w reakcji PCR z zastosowaniem pary starterów dochodzi do amplifikacji określonego fragmentu DNA, po czym dokonuje się detekcji powstałego produktu, znamienny tym, że parę starterów stanowią startery oligonukleotydowe wg zastrz.1.
