Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wirnik silnika synchronicznego, magnesami trwałymi o małym momencie zaczepowym, z uzwojeniem w postaci prętów, połączonych na końcach pierścieniami zwierającymi, do uruchamiania silnika przez bezpośrednie przyłączenie uzwojenia stojana do sieci zasilającej. Wirnik przeznaczony do napędu urządzeń przemysłowych a zwłaszcza pomp, wentylatorów, suwnic, wirówek oraz pilarek do materiałów budowlanych. Wirnik silnika synchronicznego z magnesami trwałymi i uzwojeniem dwuklatkowym o konstrukcji silnika klatkowego złożonego z kołowych kształtek, w których wykrojone są żłobki mieszczące pręty przewodzące i wpusty mieszczące magnesy trwałe, o średnicy zewnętrznej obliczonej znanymi metodami dla określonych parametrów silnika tj. mocy znamionowej, prędkości obrotowej, napięcia zasilania uzwojenia stojana, charakteryzuje się tym, że na każdej podziałce biegunowej (1a, 1b), symetrycznie względem osi symetrii każdej podziałki biegunowej, wykonane są otwarte na powierzchnię walcową wirnika (1c) szczerbinami powietrznymi kolejno żłobki rozruchowe (2) żłobki skrajne (3) oraz połówki żłobków wspólnych (4) dzielone z połówkami żłobków wspólnych należących do sąsiedniej podziałki biegunowej, przy czym na przeciwległych podziałkach biegunowych znajduje się jednakowa liczba żłobków, natomiast sąsiednie podziałki biegunowe mają ilość żłobków rozruchowych (2) różną co najmniej o jeden.The subject of the application is the rotor of a synchronous motor, permanent magnets with a small cogging moment, with a winding in the form of bars, connected at the ends by short-circuiting rings, for starting the motor by directly connecting the stator winding to the supply network.
