Abstract
Instalacja produkcji oleju, gazu i karbonizatu do sadzy technicznej z elastomerów, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma dozownik śrubowy (3) z wałem (1), który od strony wsadu jest zamykany hydraulicznie śluzą (2) za pomocą azotu, reaktor (4), który jest podzielony na strefy A, B, C, odpowiadające kolejnym etapom procesu pirolizy: strefa A - początek depolimeryzacji (350°C), strefa B - karbonizacja (350 - 400°C) i strefa C - kraking związków aromatycznych (400 - 650°C), natomiast poza reaktorem (4) zainstalowana jest barbotka (5) zamykana hydraulicznie syfonem (6) oraz separator (7) z zamknięciem hydraulicznym (8) i odolejacz (9) wyposażony w śrubę transportową (10) i komorę dopalania (20), przy czym odolejacz (9) jest zamknięty na wyjściu szybem spiętrzającym (12), a od strony odbioru produktu stałego - szybem (13), który jest połączony transporterem śrubowym w kształcie litery "U" (14) z ekonomizerami (11 i 15) oraz instalacja zaopatrzona jest w skruber (16). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób produkcji oleju, gazu i karbonizatu do sadzy technicznej z elastomerów.
