Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest rekombinowany polipeptyd zawierający: (i) domenę katalityczną LytM (LytMCD) zawierającą sekwencję aminokwasową przedstawioną w SEQ ID NO: 1 lub mającą z nią co najmniej 80% identyczności, (ii) domenę lizostafiny wiążącą ścianę komórkową bakterii (LssCWT), zawierającą sekwencję aminokwasową przedstawioną w SEQ ID NO: 2 lub mającą z nią co najmniej 80% identyczności, i (iii) opcjonalnie łącznik peptydowy łączący domenę katalityczną LytM i domenę lizostafiny wiążącą ścianę komórkową bakterii, a także jego zastosowanie jako lek, środek antyseptyczny, środek przeciwbakteryjny i/lub środek przeciwzapalny. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także kompozycja weterynaryjna zawierająca powyższy polipeptyd, oraz kompozycja kosmetyczna lub pielęgnacyjna zawierająca rekombinowany polipeptyd.
