Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy odpylacza dla płynów w stanie gazowym i sposobu wytwarzania odpylacza. Odpylacz wykorzystywany do usuwania pyłu z płynów w stanie gazowym zawierających drobny pył, jest wyposażony w układ okresowego oczyszczania i zawiera jeden lub więcej zespołów filtrujących (1), które mają elementy filtrujące (2). Elementy filtrujące (2) mają rurowy przebieg i są zamknięte na jednym końcu. Wykonane są one z sztywnego lub półsztywnego materiału filtrującego i stykają się ze sobą wzdłuż kierunku równoległego do ich długości. Elementy filtrujące (2) tworzą pomiędzy sobą kanały (3) przepływu otwarte na jednym końcu i zamknięte na końcu przeciwległym do końca, na którym elementy filtrujące (2) są zamknięte. Sposób wytwarzania zespołu filtrującego (1) odpylacza obejmuje etapy: trwałego odkształcania arkusza materiału filtrującego w celu utworzenia pofałdowanego arkusza o przekroju poprzecznym wyznaczonym przez powtórzenia ukształtowań w postaci Ω, które są połączone ze sobą; łączenia dwóch odkształconych arkuszy tak, aby stykały się ze sobą proste części odkształconych ukształtowań i aby uzyskać rzędy elementów filtrujących (2); łączenia różnych rzędów elementów filtrujących ze sobą poprzez stykanie ich wzdłuż tworzących zwróconych do siebie elementów; zamykania końców elementów filtrujących (2) i kanałów (3) przepływu, które są utworzone pomiędzy elementami filtrującymi.
