Abstract

W układzie do włączania napięcia zasilania do urządzeń z klawiaturą matrycową napięcie zasilania (VBAT) dołączone jest do zacisku tranzystora (T1) i rezystora (R1) a trzeci zacisk tranzystora (T1) dołączony jest do napięcia wyjściowego (VOUT). Drugi zacisk tranzystora (T1) dołączony jest do zacisku rezystora (R1) oraz tranzystora (T2). Drugi zacisk tranzystora (T2) dołączony jest do zacisków rezystora (R2) oraz (R3). Drugi zacisk rezystora (R3) oraz pierwszy zacisk tranzystora (T2) dołączony jest do masy (GND). Drugi zacisk rezystora (R2) dołączony jest do katody diody (D1) oraz (D2). Anoda diody (D1) dołączona jest do wyjścia sterującego zasilaniem (ON) układu sterującego (US). Anoda diody (D2) dołączona jest do zacisku kondensatora (C) oraz rezystora (R4), którego drugi zacisk jest dołączony do zacisku kondensatora (C) oraz rezystora (R5), którego drugi zacisk dołączony jest do węzła pierwszego wiersza klawiatury matrycowej (L1), do którego dołączone są zaciski klawiszy pierwszego wiersza klawiatury (S11, S21 ... Connected to the first keyboard column node (K1) are the terminals of the buttons of the first keyboard column (S11, S12 ...
