Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 16 wrzesnia 2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do pakowania produktów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - w widoku z góry. Butelka wedlug wzoru jest uksztaltowana wraz z nasadka w jednolita bryle o grubej szyjce i podstawie w ksztalcie elipsy. Bryla butelki ma ksztalt splaszczonej, stylizowanej gruszki. Sciany pelniace role czolowej i tylnej sa równolegle do podstawy, zas lukowato uksztaltowane bokibutelki przechodza w lagodnie rozszerzajaca sie ku górze, zaopatrzona w klapke nasadke. Na skale przemyslowa wzór moze byc odtworzony na formie metoda rozdmuchu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to uksztaltowanie butelki i nasadki w jednolita bryle o grubej szyjce i podstawie w ksztalcie elipsy, przy czym bryla butelki ma ksztalt splaszczonej, stylizowanej gruszki, sciany pelniace role czolowej i tylnej sa równolegle do podstawy, zas lukowato uksztaltowane boki butelki przechodza w lagodnie rozszerzajaca sie ku górze, zaopatrzona w klapke nasadke.fig 1 fig 2 fig 3 PL PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since September 16, 2002. The industrial design is a bottle intended for packaging cosmetic products. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the top. According to the design, the bottle, along with the cap, is shaped into a uniform solid with a thick neck and an ellipse-shaped base. The bottle body is shaped like a flattened, stylized pear. The front and rear walls are parallel to the base, while the arched sides of the bottle merge into a gently widening cap with a flap. On an industrial scale, the design can be reproduced on a mold using the blow molding method. The essential features of the industrial design include shaping the bottle and cap into a uniform solid with a thick neck and an ellipse-shaped base. The bottle body is shaped like a flattened, stylized pear. The front and rear walls are parallel to the base, and the bottle's arched sides flow into a gently flaring cap with a flap.
