Abstract

Głowica perforująca z dwiema krawędziami tnącymi z ruchomym stemplem do urządzenia do perforacji pasów transportujących charakteryzująca się tym, że składa się z monolitycznego korpusu (1) w kształcie litery C, w którym osadzone są współosiowo stempel (2) i matryca (3), z tym że matryca (3) osadzona jest w gnieździe (GM) znajdującym się na górnej powierzchni dolnej części (1.1) korpusu (1), a stempel (2) osadzono w uchwycie (4) wykonanym w postaci słupa prowadzącego, w którego czołowej powierzchni wykonano gniazdo (GS) pod część chwytową (2.1) stempla (2), gdzie zablokowanie stempla (2) w uchwycie (4) zrealizowano za pomocą sworznia blokującego (5), przy czym uchwyt (4) jest osadzany w gnieździe (GUS) w płycie głowicowo - stemplowej (6), na którą naciska płyta dociskowa zespołu napędu roboczego, zaś sam uchwyt (4) prowadzony jest za pomocą bezluzowego liniowego łożyska tocznego składającego się z tulei prowadzącej (7), uchwytu (4) oraz koszyka kulkowego (8) umieszczonego pomiędzy nimi, a płyta głowicowo - stemplowa (6) jest prowadzona względem korpusu (1) na dwóch trzpieniach prowadzących (9) osadzonych w tulejach ślizgowych (14), a jej ruch powrotny zapewniają sprężyny (10) osadzone na trzpieniach prowadzących (9) i napinane przez nakrętkę napinającą (11) i kontrującą (12) oraz podkładkę płaską (13), przy czym cała głowica mocowana jest od dołu do czterech wózków (15) poruszających się po dwóch szynach prowadnicy liniowej, do napędu za pomocą kątownika i śrub, przy czym docisk pasa podczas perforacji realizowany jest w sposób sterowany za pomocą siłownika pneumatycznego (18) oraz płytki dociskowej (19) przykręconej do tłoczyska siłownika (18) za pomocą śruby (20).Perforating head with two cutting edges with a movable punch for a device for perforation of transport belts, characterized by the fact that it consists of a monolithic C-shaped body (1) in which the punch (2) and die (3) are coaxially embedded, with this that the die (3) is seated in a seat (GM) located on the upper surface of the lower part (1.1) of the body (1), and the punch (2) is embedded in a holder (4) made in the form of a guide pole, in the front surface of which a seat is made (GS) under the grip part (2.1) of the punch (2), where the punch (2) is blocked in the handle (4) by means of a locking pin (5), while the handle (4) is mounted in a seat (GUS) in the plate head-on - punch (6), which is pressed by the pressure plate of the operating drive unit, and the handle (4) is guided by a backlash-free linear roller bearing consisting of a guide sleeve (7), a handle (4) and a ball cage (8) placed between them, and the head-punch plate (6) is guided against the body (1) on two guide pins (9) embedded in sliding sleeves (14), and its return movement is ensured by springs (10) mounted on guide pins (9) and tensioned by a nut tension (11) and counter (12) and a flat washer (13), the entire head is attached from the bottom to four carriages (15) moving on two rails of a linear guide, to the drive by means of an angle bar and screws, the belt pressure during perforation, it is controlled by a pneumatic cylinder (18) and a pressure plate (19) screwed to the cylinder's piston rod (18) by means of a screw (20).
