Abstract

Przedmiotem niniejszego wynalazku jest sposób różnicowego diagnozowania in vitro raka gruczołowego płuca (AC) względem raka płaskonabłonkowego płuca (SCC) u osobnika, w którym to sposobie oznacza się ilościowo poziom ekspresji dla panelu wyselekcjonowanych biomarkerów miRNA i identyfikuje się sygnaturę miRNA. Przedmiotem niniejszego wynalazku jest ponadto sposób różnicowego diagnozowania in vitro raka płaskonabłonkowego płuca (SCC) względem raka gruczołowego płuca (AC) u osobnika, w którym to sposobie oznacza się ilościowo poziom ekspresji dla panelu wyselekcjonowanych biomarkerów miRNA i identyfikuje się sygnaturę miRNA. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również panel wyselekcjonowanych biomarkerów miRNA oraz zastosowania takiego panelu biomarkerów miRNA w diagnostyce. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest ponadto zestaw do różnicowego diagnozowania in vitro raka gruczołowego płuca względem raka płaskonabłonkowego płuca zawierający środki do ilościowego oznaczania poziomu ekspresji panelu biomarkerów miRNA oraz zestaw do różnicowego diagnozowania in vitro raka płaskonabłonkowego płuca względem raka gruczołowego płuca zawierający środki do ilościowego oznaczania poziomu ekspresji panelu biomarkerów miRNA.The present invention relates to a method for differential in vitro diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma (AC) versus squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) in a subject, wherein the method quantifies the expression level of a panel of selected miRNA biomarkers and identifies the miRNA signature. The present invention further relates to a method for differential in vitro diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma of the lung (SCC) versus lung adenocarcinoma (AC) in a subject, wherein the method quantifies the expression level of a panel of selected miRNA biomarkers and identifies the miRNA signature. The subject of the invention is also a panel of selected miRNA biomarkers and the use of such a panel of miRNA biomarkers in diagnostics. The invention further relates to a kit for the differential in vitro diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma against squamous cell carcinoma of the lung comprising means for quantifying the expression level of a panel of miRNA biomarkers and a kit for the differential diagnosis in vitro of lung squamous cell carcinoma against lung adenocarcinoma containing means for quantifying the level of expression of a panel of biomarkers miRNA.
