Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zawiesina twardniejąca na bazie fosfogipsu i sposób jej wytwarzania. Zawiesina zawiera 1 — 5% wagowych bentonitu korzystnie sodowego 7 — 15% wagowych wapna korzystnie hydratyzowanego 10 — 20% wagowych cementu, 20 — 30% wagowych mielonego fosfogipsu korzystnie o uziarnieniu < 0,25 mm i pH = 4 oraz wodę do 100% wagowych. Zawiesina w stanie płynnym i po stwardnieniu ma właściwości wymagane dla zawiesin stosowanych do wykonywania przegród przeciwfiltracyjnych w podłożu gruntowym.The subject of the invention is a phosphogypsum-based hardening suspension and a method of its preparation. The suspension contains 1-5% by weight of bentonite, preferably sodium, 7-15% by weight of lime preferably hydrated 10-20% by weight of cement, 20-30% by weight of ground phosphogypsum, preferably with a grain size of <0.25 mm and pH = 4, and water up to 100% by weight . The suspension in a liquid state and after hardening has the properties required for suspensions used to make cut-off walls in the soil substrate.
