Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest bielizna chłonna w postaci majtek, której celem jest wchłanianie krwi menstruacyjnej u kobiet. Bielizna chłonna w postaci majtek zawierająca pomiędzy otworami na nogi w kroczu trójwarstwową wkładkę do wchłaniania wilgoci charakteryzuje się tym, że warstwa wewnętrzna wkładki do wchłaniania wilgoci (1) od strony ciała wykonana jest w co najmniej 60% z poliestru, warstwa środkowa wkładki wykonana jest z bawełny a warstwa zewnętrzna wykonana jest z poliestru laminowanego poliuretanem lub laminowanej dzianiny bawełnianej przy czym warstwy wkładki są zszyte, a na szwy nałożona jest żywica poliakrylowa.
