Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest bęben kablowy oraz sposób montażu bębna kablowego, przy czym bęben kablowy posiada cylindryczny rdzeń (1) utworzony z przylegających do siebie profilowych listew (13), mających w przekrojach poprzecznych analogiczne profile trapezów równoramiennych, zaś przylegające do siebie dłuższe i węższe ścianki tych profilowych listew ścięte są pod kątem ostrym β, a oba ich końcowe szersze naroża są ścięte pod kątem ostrym γ, przy czym dwie przylegające do siebie listwy tego cylindrycznego rdzenia (1) posiadają na przylegających do siebie bokach po dwa usytuowane naprzeciw siebie wyjęcia U-owe, a trzy listwy połączone są rozłączenie z metalowymi prętami sprzęgającymi usytuowanymi w równych odległościach względem siebie, których oba nagwintowane końce o długościach wystające na zewnątrz obu końców tego rdzenia osadzone są w przelotowych otworach obu tarcz (2 i 3) tego bębna, a na wystające ponad powierzchnie zewnętrzne tych tarcz nagwintowane końce osadzone są podkładki pierścieniowe (23) i nakręcone są nakrętki (24) dociskające te tarcze do obu czół cylindrycznego rdzenia (1), który opasany jest dwoma pasami tworzywowymi (20) połączonymi rozłącznie z profilowymi listwami (13), tego rdzenia, których wolne końce poprzez wyjęcia U-owe profilowych listew umieszczone są wewnątrz niego i połączone są z dwoma napinaczami zębatkowymi.The subject of the invention is a cable drum and a method of assembling a cable drum, the cable drum having a cylindrical core (1) made of profile strips (13) adjoining each other, with cross-sections of isosceles trapeziums similar to each other, and longer and narrower walls adjoining each other. profile strips are cut at an acute angle β, and both of their end wider corners are cut at an acute angle γ, while two adjacent strips of this cylindrical core (1) have on adjacent sides two U-shaped openings located opposite each other , and three strips are disconnected with metal coupling rods situated at equal distances from each other, the two threaded ends protruding outside both ends of this core are embedded in the through holes of both discs (2 and 3) of this drum, and protruding above the outer surfaces of these discs are mounted on threaded ends with washers ring (23) and screwed on the nuts (24) pressing these discs against both faces of the cylindrical core (1), which is girded with two plastic belts (20) connected detachably with the profile strips (13) of this core, the free ends of which through U-openings profile strips are placed inside it and are connected to two rack tensioners.
