Abstract
Sposób wykonania nadruku na wieczku puszki, gdzie na wieczko w systemie transportowym wieczek nanosi się za pomocą zespołu drukującego, zawierającego co najmniej jedną drukarkę, rysunki przeznaczone na wieczko, przy czym przed zespołem drukującym znajduje się kamera połączona z zespołem kontroli wizyjnej, sprzężonym z zespołem drukującym i wyposażonym w co najmniej jeden komputer, natomiast informacja z kamery jest przetwarzana w zespole kontroli wizyjnej w informację sterującą zespołem drukującym, przy czym do zespołu drukującego podaje się na bieżąco treść nadruku dla każdego wieczka, polega na tym, że za zespołem drukującym (2) znajduje się druga kamera (4) połączona z zespołem kontroli wizyjnej (5), sprzężonym z zespołem drukującym (2), gdzie informacja z tej kamery (4) jest przetwarzana w zespole kontroli wizyjnej (5) w informację sterującą zespołem drukującym (2).A method of making a print on a can lid, wherein drawings intended for the lid are applied to the lid in the lid transport system by means of a printing unit comprising at least one printer, wherein in front of the printing unit there is a camera connected to a vision control unit coupled to the printing unit and equipped with at least one computer, and the information from the camera is processed in the vision control unit into information controlling the printing unit, wherein the printing unit is continuously supplied with the content of the print for each lid, consists in that behind the printing unit (2) there is a second camera (4) connected to a vision control unit (5) coupled to the printing unit (2), wherein the information from this camera (4) is processed in the vision control unit (5) into information controlling the printing unit (2).
