Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób sterowania pracą przenośnika wibracyjnego, polegający na tym, że w trybie pracy w stanie ustalonym steruje się prędkością transportu nadawy poprzez zmianę częstości wymuszenia drgań rynny za pomocą zmiany prędkości obrotowej wibratorów przy zachowanym kącie fazowym ustawienia wibratorów równym zero, charakteryzuje się tym, że w celu zatrzymania transportu nadawy, przed zatrzymaniem napędu, wywołuje się drgania skrętne (α) rynny (1) przenośnika w pionowej płaszczyźnie poprowadzonej przez oś wzdłużną rynny w taki sposób, iż rozfazowuje się układ wibratorów (5) tak, aby ich kąt fazowy był różny od zera i wywoływana przez te wibratory (5) wypadkowa siła wymuszająca (S) nie przechodziła przez środek ciężkości (C) rynny (1) i układu jej zawieszenia.The subject of the application is a method of controlling the operation of a vibrating conveyor, consisting in the fact that in the steady state operation mode, the feed transport speed is controlled by changing the frequency of forced vibrations of the trough by changing the rotational speed of the vibrators while the phase angle of the vibrators setting is kept equal to zero, is characterized by: that in order to stop the transport of the feed, before stopping the drive, torsional vibrations (α) of the conveyor chute (1) are induced in a vertical plane guided through the longitudinal axis of the chute in such a way that the vibrator system (5) is de-phased so that their phase angle is other than zero and the resultant exciting force (S) caused by these vibrators (5) did not pass through the center of gravity (C) of the gutter (1) and its suspension system.
