Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób detekcji wycieku i układ detekcji wycieku w rurociągach, szczególnie w rurociągach, którymi transportowane jest paliwo płynne. Sposób detekcji wycieku polega na tym, że wycieki w rurociągach wykrywa się łącznie analizując w znany sposób falę ciśnienia w systemie detekcji ciśnienia „c” i w znany sposób bilans przepływu transportowanego medium w systemie badania bilansu przepływu „p”. Dodatkowo jednocześnie analizuje się upływ prądu w systemie ochrony katodowej „i” rurociągu i w razie jego nagłej zmiany podaje się sygnał do centralnej jednostki „S”, nadzorującej łącznie działanie wszystkich trzech systemów. Układ detekcji wycieku w rurociągach ma system ochrony katodowej „i”  połączony z centralną jednostką nadzorującą „S”, do której podłączony jest znany system detekcji ciśnienia „c” oraz znany system badania bilansu przepływu „p”.The subject of the invention is a leak detection method and a leak detection system in pipelines, especially in pipelines through which liquid fuel is transported. The leak detection method is based on the fact that leakages in the pipelines are detected jointly by analyzing the pressure wave in the pressure detection system "c" in a known manner and the flow balance of the transported medium in the flow balance test system "p" in a known manner. In addition, the current leakage in the cathodic protection system "i" of the pipeline is simultaneously analyzed and in the event of its sudden change, a signal is sent to the central unit "S", which monitors the operation of all three systems. The leak detection system in the pipelines has a cathodic protection system "i" connected to the central monitoring unit "S" to which the known pressure detection system "c" and the known flow balance test system "p" are connected.
