Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszanka z odpadów biodegradowalnych, zawierająca makulaturę, składniki mineralne oraz tekstylia charakteryzuje się tym, że tekstylia naturalne stanowią co najmniej 20% objętości, lecz nie więcej niż 50%, gazeta kolorowa stanowi 10 — 20%, gazeta szara stanowi 5 do 15%, tektura stanowi 5 — 15%, papier biurowy zadrukowany 5%, kompost 15%, piasek 10%. Rozmiar rozdrobnionych frakcji odpadowych wynosi 8 - 10 mm. Kompost stanowią korzystnie składniki zielone.
