Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób katalitycznej konwersji tlenku lub dwutlenku węgla do metanu, w połączeniu z sorpcją wody w oparciu o nanocząstki fazy aktywnej (rutenu Ru, renu Re, palladu Pd) naniesione na ziarnach niklu (Ni). Sposób według wynalazku polega na tym, że strumień gazu w postaci CO + H2 w proporcjach od 0,5:3 do 2:3, lub strumień gazu w postaci CO2 + H2 w proporcjach od 0,5:4 do 2:4, przepuszcza się z natężeniem przepływu w zakresie od 0,5 do 10 dm3/h, przez umieszczoną w reaktorze co najmniej jedną warstwę adsorpcyjną ze złożem katalitycznym mającym postać niklowego nośnika katalitycznego występującego w postaci proszku o ziarnach w rozmiarze od 2 do 170 μm, na którym naniesiona jest faza aktywna w postaci nanocząstek metali przejściowych z grup 7-11 układu okresowego wybranych spośród: Re, Ru, Pd, o rozmiarach nanocząstek od 1 do 100 nm, przy czym zawartość nanocząstek fazy aktywnej na powierzchni nośnika katalitycznego wynosi od 0,5% do 2% m/m, a proces prowadzi się w temperaturze od -20°C do 350°C, a po obniżeniu aktywności złoża katalitycznego, korzystnie przygotowuje się układ do kolejnego cyklu przeprowadzając proces jego regeneracji polegający na usunięciu zaadsorbowanych na katalizatorze pozostałości reakcji, zwłaszcza wody, poprzez przepuszczenie - w temperaturze powyżej 105°C - przez złoże katalityczne strumienia wodoru. Istotę wynalazku stanowi również złoże katalityczne do katalitycznej konwersji tlenku lub dwutlenku węgla do metanu, które ma postać niklowego nośnika katalitycznego występującego w postaci proszku o ziarnach w rozmiarze od 2 do 170 μm, na którym naniesiona jest faza aktywna w postaci nanocząstek metali przejściowych z grup 7-11 układu okresowego wybranych spośród: Re, Ru i Pd, o rozmiarach nanocząstek od 1 do 100 nm, przy czym zawartość nanocząstek fazy aktywnej na powierzchni nośnika katalitycznego wynosi od 0,5% do 2% m/m.
