Abstract
Sposób izolacji i wygłuszania drewnianych stropów, z wykorzystaniem płyty wibroakustycznej, do izolacji podłóg, stropów lub fundamentów i wygłuszania pomieszczeń, w których zastosowano drewniane stropy charakteryzuje się tym, że z płyty wibroakustycznej wykonanej z poliuretanu wtórnie wiązanego klejami poliuretanowymi połączonego dodatkowo masą zalewową na bazie żywicy poliuretanowej wycinane są przekładki wibroizolacyjne (1), o grubości 20 — 100 mm, które klejone są do legarów (2) o konstrukcji drewnianej w ustawieniu szachownicowym lub liniowym, a następnie pomiędzy legarami (2) w znany sposób rozłożona jest wełna mineralna (4), natomiast całą powierzchnię stropu (5) od góry pokrywa płyta (3) OSB na której układana jest warstwa podłogowa (6). Korzystnie przekładki wibroizolacyjne (1) mają kształt kostki o podstawie kwadratu i wycięte są z płyty wibroakustycznej zawierającej poliuretan wtórnie wiązany, który wykorzystuje zmielone lub pokruszone tworzywo poliuretanowe pochodzące z odzysku lub wtórnego zagospodarowania odpadów produkcyjnych, albo tworzywo wtórnie spienione. Przekładki wibroizolacyjne (1) w ustawieniu szachownicowym i liniowym w pierwszej kolejności są montowane na obwodzie podłogi. Przekładki wibroizolacyjne (1) są klejone do legarów (2) klejem do poliuretanu. Preferably, the vibro-insulating spacers (1) have the shape of a square with a square base and are cut from a vibroacoustic board containing recycled polyurethane, which uses ground or crushed polyurethane material from recycled or recycling production waste, or recycled material. Vibration isolating spacers (1) in a checkerboard and linear arrangement are first mounted around the perimeter of the floor. The vibro-isolating spacers (1) are glued to the joists (2) with polyurethane adhesive. The vibro-isolating spacers (1) are secured with a laminate layer.
