Abstract
Kocioł centralnego ogrzewania (1) z górnym wymiennikiem ciepła (9), zawiera korpus w postaci ścian zawierających połączone przepływowo komory wodne (2). W górnej części kotła (1) znajduje się czopuch wylotowy (8) spalin, zaś wewnątrz górnej części kotła znajduje się komora wymiennika ciepła (9) z labiryntem przepływu gazów wylotowych. Ponad komorą paleniskową (10) kotła znajduje się w tym przykładzie wykonania przegroda pozioma (11) połączona z czołową ścianą (3) kotła. Natomiast przegroda pionowa (12) z betonu żaroodpornego usytuowana jest w płaszczyźnie równoległej do tylnej ściany (13) kotła. Pomiędzy tą przegrodą pionową (12), a tylną ścianą (13), wewnątrz kotła znajduje się kanał pionowy (14) dopalania spalin. Do tylnej ściany (13) kotła zamocowana jest płyta tylna (19), wykonana również z betonu żaroodpornego. Pomiędzy przegrodą pionową (18), a płytą tylną (19) znajduje się kanał pionowy (14) dopalania spalin. Pomiędzy przegrodą (11), a płytą (20) znajduje się kanał poziomy (21) dopalania spalin. Kanały (14, 21) dopalania spalin są ze sobą połączone i wylot spalin z kanału poziomego (21) dopalania spalin do komory wymiennika ciepła (9) ma postać szczeliny (22) pomiędzy wewnętrzną powierzchnią czołowej ściany (3) kotła, a krawędzią płyty poziomej (20).The central heating boiler (1) with an upper heat exchanger (9) comprises a body in the form of walls containing flow-connected water chambers (2). On the other hand, the vertical baffle (12) made of refractory concrete is situated in a plane parallel to the rear wall (13) of the boiler. Between this vertical baffle (12) and the rear wall (13), inside the boiler, there is a vertical flue gas combustion duct (14). The rear plate (19), also made of heat-resistant concrete, is attached to the rear wall (13) of the boiler. Between the vertical partition (18) and the rear plate (19) there is a vertical combustion gas exhaust duct (14). Between the partition (11) and the plate (20) there is a horizontal exhaust gas combustion duct (21). The exhaust gas afterburning ducts (14, 21) are connected to each other and the exhaust gas outlet from the horizontal afterburning duct (21) to the heat exchanger chamber (9) has the form of a gap (22) between the inner surface of the front wall (3) of the boiler and the edge of the horizontal plate (20).
