Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania wielofunkcyjnych polieteroli z merami o wzorze 1, z celulozy z merami o wzorze 2, która otrzymywana jest w wyniku kwasowej hydrolitycznej degradacji celulozy, zaś x + y + z = p, przy czym p jest liczbą przereagowanych z merem celulozy cząsteczek glicydolu o wzorze 3, a xa + b + yc + d + e + zf = r, gdzie r jest liczbą cząsteczek węglanu etylenu o wzorze 4, przy czym p ≤ 13 oraz r ≤ 13, prowadzi się tak że przy ciągłym mieszaniu do glicydolu wprowadza się zhydrolizowaną celulozę, o średnicy cząstek co najwyżej 300 nm, w ilości co najwyżej 1 mol merów celulozy na 13 moli glicydolu. Mieszaninę ogrzewa się, energicznie mieszając, do temperatury 150°C, a następnie utrzymuje się ją w temperaturze co najwyżej 200°C do czasu zakończenia efektu egzotermicznego, po czym mieszaninę utrzymuje się w temperaturze 180°C przez 18 godzin. Następnie mieszaninę chłodzi się do temperatury 80°C i wprowadza się węglan etylenu w ilości co najmniej 13 moli na 1 mol merów celulozy oraz wprowadza się węglan potasu w ilości od 0,1% do 0,3% w stosunku do masy pozostałych składników mieszaniny. Prowadzi się reakcję w temperaturze od 160°C do 165°C do czasu jej zakończenia.The subject of the application is a process for the production of polyfunctional polyetherols with mers of formula 1 from cellulose with mers of formula 2, which is obtained as a result of acid hydrolytic degradation of cellulose, and x + y + z = p, where p is the number of molecules reacted with the cellulose unit of glycidol of formula 3, a xa + b + yc + d + e + zf = r, where r is the number of ethylene carbonate molecules of formula 4, with p ≤ 13 and r ≤ 13, also carried out with continuous stirring to glycidol hydrolyzed cellulose, with a particle diameter of at most 300 nm, is fed in an amount of at most 1 mole of cellulose units per 13 moles of glycidol. The mixture was heated to 150 ° C with vigorous stirring and then kept at a temperature of at most 200 ° C until the exotherm ceased, and the mixture was kept at 180 ° C for 18 hours. The mixture is then cooled to 80 ° C and ethylene carbonate is introduced in an amount of at least 13 moles per mole of cellulose mers and potassium carbonate is introduced in an amount of 0.1% to 0.3% with respect to the weight of the remaining components of the mixture. The reaction is carried out at a temperature of 160 ° C to 165 ° C until completion.
