Przedmiotem wynalazku jest LPS do zastosowania w indukowaniu u osobnika tolerancji na alergeny pokarmowe związane z alergiami pokarmowymi zależnymi od IgE, przy czym stosuje się LPS pochodzący z bakterii E. coli ze szczepu 0111:B4, który podaje się osobnikowi przed kontaktem z alergenem.
