Abstract
Przedmiot wynalazku stanowi dodatek paszowy dla zwierząt, zwłaszcza dla trzody chlewnej w postaci granulatu, zawierający sproszkowane glinokrzemiany w proporcji wagowej: bentonit: 40-60%, zeolit: 40-60%, charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera dodatek oleju w ilości 1-5% wagowo i dodawany jest do paszy w ilości 1-3%. Przedmiot wynalazku stanowi również sposób wytwarzania dodatku w postaci granulatu z zastosowaniem aglomeracji bezciśnieniowej, przy czym mieszaniu poddaje się sproszkowane glinokrzemiany w proporcji wagowej: bentonit: 40-60%, zeolit: 40-60%. Dla przeprowadzenia aglomeracji i obniżenia pylistości stosuje się dodatek oleju w ilości 1-5% wagowo.The subject of the invention is a feed additive for animals, especially for pigs in the form of granules, containing powdered aluminosilicates in the weight proportion: bentonite: 40-60%, zeolite: 40-60%, characterized by the fact that it contains an addition of oil in the amount of 1-5 % by weight and is added to the feed in an amount of 1-3%. The subject of the invention is also a method of producing an additive in the form of granules using non-pressure agglomeration, whereby aluminosilicate powders are mixed in the weight proportion: bentonite: 40-60%, zeolite: 40-60%. To carry out agglomeration and reduce dusting, an addition of oil in an amount of 1-5% by weight is used.
