Abstract

Wynalazek znajduje zastosowanie zwłaszcza w urządzeniach do dezodoryzacji i oczyszczania strumieni powietrza emitowanych w obiektach gospodarki ściekowej. The invention relates to a colloidal disintegration system - a paste with photocatalytic properties for purifying the air from harmful volatile organic compounds, inorganic compounds and microorganisms, and a method for obtaining porous materials with a photocatalytic paste layer. The subject of the application is also a porous material in the form of a three-dimensional shape with photocatalytic properties and the method of obtaining this material. The invention is used in the removal of volatile organic compounds, volatile inorganic compounds and pathogenic microorganisms suspended in the air, such as bacteria, fungi, fungal spores, viruses. The invention is used in particular in devices for deodorising and purifying air streams emitted in sewage management facilities. The paste contains from 1 to 60 wt. of the whole system of TiO2 particles with grain sizes from 10-9 to 10-5 m and with the structure of anatase, rutile or mixtures thereof, non-ionic surfactant in an amount of 1 to 20 wt. having a molecular weight of 200 to 20,000, a solvent in an amount of 40 to 95 wt.%, and a pH adjusting agent in the range of 5 to 9 in an amount of 1 to 5 wt.%. and a viscosity of 0.001 to 40 Pa · s at 25 ° C.
