Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób rafinacji białkowo-cukrowych ekstraktów roślinnych w systemie pozaukładowym, polegający na wykorzystaniu wodnych ekstraktów otrzymanych z całych lub rozdrobnionych nasion, w tym także przetworzonych enzymatycznie, charakteryzuje się tym, że z układu koloidalnego wydziela się białka nierozpuszczalne metodą sedymentacyjną lub filtracyjną i je przetrzymuje chwilowo. Natomiast, fazę rozpuszczalną, poza układem, poddaje się rafinacji za pomocą węgla aktywnego, tj. adsorbowaniu związków zapachowych, smakowych i barwnych, następnie cząstki węgla aktywnego odseparowuje się metodami filtracyjnymi lub sedymentacyjnymi, uzyskując oczyszczony, klarowny płyn, który łączy się z chwilowo przetrzymanymi białkami nierozpuszczalnymi, tworząc wyrafinowany nowy układ.The subject of the application is a method of refining protein-sugar plant extracts in a non-systemic system, consisting in the use of aqueous extracts obtained from whole or ground seeds, including enzymatically processed, characterized by the separation of proteins insoluble by sedimentation or filtration from the colloidal system and their use holding temporarily. On the other hand, the soluble phase, outside the system, is refined with active carbon, i.e. adsorption of aromas, flavors and color compounds, then the active carbon particles are separated by filtration or sedimentation methods, obtaining a purified, clear liquid that combines with temporarily retained proteins insoluble, creating a sophisticated new layout.
