Abstract

Tuleja cylindrowa wykonana jest żeliwa szarego z grafitem, które zawiera od 3,6% mas. do 3,8% mas. węgla, od 2,5% mas. do 4,1% mas. krzemu, od 0,15% mas. do 0,16% mas. manganu, od 0,02% mas. do 0,45% mas. miedzi, od 0,07% mas. do 0,09% mas. fosforu, od 0,011% mas. do 0,014% mas. siarki, od 0,03% mas. do 0,065% mas. magnezu, zaś resztę stanowi żelazo. Ma ono osnowę martenzytyczno - ferrytyczną z martenzytem na powierzchni trącej. Na powierzchni jej gładzi są wydzielenia grafitu. Grupa tłokowo - cylindrowa silnika spalinowego zawiera tuleję oraz pierścienie tłokowe, przy czym pierścienie tłokowe zawierają wycinki, które pokryte są warstwą chromu o twardości z zakresu od 856 HV0,04 do 860 HV0,04 oraz i nierównościach od 0,29 μm do 0,31 μm. Sposób kształtowania mikrostruktury i struktury geometrycznej powierzchni tulei cylindrowej prowadzi się tak, że żeliwo szare z grafitem o składzie chemicznym od 3,6% mas. do 3,8% mas. węgla, od 2,5% mas. do 4,1% mas. krzemu, od 0,15% mas. do 0,16% mas. manganu, od 0,02% mas. do 0,45% mas. miedzi, od 0,07% mas. do 0,09% mas. fosforu, od 0,011% mas. do 0,014% mas. siarki, o 0,03% mas. do 0,065% mas. magnezu oraz z żelazem w pierwszym etapie poddaje się nagrzewaniu do temperatury z zakresu od 862°C do 910°C w piecu oporowym wyposażonym w programator temperatury do kontrolowania szybkości nagrzewania. W drugim etapie chłodzi się je w wodzie o temperaturze od 20°C do 22°C w czasie 2 minut. The piston-cylinder group of the combustion engine includes a sleeve and piston rings, while the piston rings contain sections covered with a chrome layer with a hardness ranging from 856 HV0.04 to 860 HV0.04 and unevenness from 0.29 μm to 0.31 μm. The method of shaping the microstructure and the geometric structure of the cylinder liner surface is carried out in such a way that gray cast iron with graphite with a chemical composition of 3.6 wt.%. up to 3.8 wt.% % carbon, from 2.5 wt. up to 4.1 wt.% % silicon, from 0.15 wt.% up to 0.16 wt.% % manganese, from 0.02 wt. up to 0.45 wt.% % copper, from 0.07 wt.% up to 0.09 wt.% % phosphorus, from 0.011 wt. up to 0.014 wt.% sulfur, by 0.03 wt.% up to 0.065 wt.% magnesium and iron in a first step are heated to a temperature ranging from 862 ° C to 910 ° C in a resistance furnace equipped with a temperature programmer to control the heating rate. In the second stage, they are cooled in water with a temperature of 20 ° C to 22 ° C for 2 minutes. In the third stage, they are frozen in liquid nitrogen for 1 hour.
