Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest automatyczny hamulec piły tarczowej charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera: moduł wykrywacza metali, bęben hamulca (10), taśmę hamującą (9) oraz mechanizm tłokowy zawierający: obudowę tłoka (4), tłok główny (12) zawierający: przynajmniej jeden otwór na kołek blokujący (5), sprężynę (8) tłoka głównego (12), co najmniej jeden elektromagnes (6) znajdujący się nad kołkiem blokującym (5), przy czym pomiędzy kołkiem blokującym (5) a elektromagnesem (6) umieszczona jest sprężyna (7), natomiast taśma hamująca (9) opasuje bęben hamulca (10), przy czym taśma ta jest przymocowana z jednej strony do obudowy (11), a z drugiej strony do tłoka głównego (12), tłok główny (12) połączony jest z drugiej strony z drążkiem (13), zaś drążek (13) jest połączony z mechanizmem zębatym (2) przy pomocy łącznika (3), a do mechanizmu zębatego (2) od góry przymocowana jest dźwignia (1). Wynalazek dotyczy również zestawu zawierającego automatyczny hamulec piły tarczowej oraz rękawice wyposażone w drut miedziany oraz sposobu działania automatycznego hamulca piły tarczowej.The subject of the invention is an automatic brake of a circular saw, characterized in that it comprises: a metal detector module, a brake drum (10), a brake band (9) and a piston mechanism comprising: a piston housing (4), a main piston (12) comprising: at least one bore on the locking pin (5), the spring (8) of the main piston (12), at least one electromagnet (6) located above the locking pin (5), with the spring (5) placed between the locking pin (5) and the electromagnet (6) 7), while the brake band (9) wraps around the brake drum (10), this band being attached on one side to the housing (11) and on the other side to the main piston (12), the main piston (12) is connected on the other side side with the bar (13), while the bar (13) is connected to the toothed mechanism (2) by means of a link (3), and the lever (1) is attached to the toothed mechanism (2) from above. The invention also relates to a kit comprising an automatic circular saw brake and gloves provided with a copper wire and a method of operating the automatic circular saw brake.
