Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania żeli chitozanowych, formujących się w temperaturze ciała ludzkiego, przeznaczonych na rusztowania iniekcyjne do hodowli komórek nerwowych, polega na wprowadzeniu do schłodzonego roztworu wodnego soli chitozanu sporządzonej z chitozanu o stopniu deacetylacji 75-90% i o masie cząsteczkowej 500000-700000, najpierw środka wspomagające regenerację nerwów, jak kobalamina, kwas liponowy lub tlenek grafenu, a następnie kroplami schłodzonego roztworu wodnego soli disodowej nukleotydu, zmieszaniu składników i odpowietrzeniu otrzymanej w postaci zolu mieszaniny roztworu soli chitozanu z roztworem nukleotydu, wykazującej zdolność przejścia w postać żelu w temperaturze ciała ludzkiego, przy czym jako roztwór wodny soli disodowej nukleotydu stosuje się roztwór wodny soli disodowej 5'-monofosforanu cytydyny lub roztwór wodny mieszaniny soli disodowej 5'-monofosforanu cytydyny z solą disodową 5'-monofosforanu urydyny.The subject of the application is a method of producing chitosan gels, formed at the temperature of the human body, intended for injection scaffolds for the cultivation of nerve cells, consisting in introducing into a cooled aqueous solution of chitosan salt made of chitosan with a deacetylation degree of 75-90% and a molecular weight of 500,000-700,000, first nerve regeneration agents, such as cobalamin, lipoic acid or graphene oxide, and then with drops of a cooled aqueous solution of the nucleotide disodium salt, mixing the components and deaeration of the sol-obtained mixture of chitosan salt solution with the nucleotide solution, showing the ability to gel at body temperature human, wherein the aqueous solution of the nucleotide disodium salt is an aqueous solution of cytidine 5'-monophosphate disodium or an aqueous solution of a mixture of cytidine 5'-monophosphate disodium salt with uridine 5'-monophosphate disodium salt.
