Abstract
Mieszarka do betonów szybkowiążących, wyposażona w przenośnik ślimakowy oraz w dozowniki składników suchych i wody która posiada podajnik ślimakowy dozujący (3) połączony z jednej strony koszem zasypowym (2), a z drugiej strony połączony z rurą zsypową (4) która łączy się z jednym końcem przenośnika ślimakowego mieszarki (6), przy czym przenośnik ślimakowy (6) posiada wspólny wał (7) oraz obudowę (5) z odcinkiem końcowym mieszarki (15) wyposażonym w mieszadła łopatkowe (9). Przenośnik ślimakowy (6) znajduje się pomiędzy ujściem rury zsypowej (4) a odcinkiem końcowym mieszarki (15), natomiast do obudowy (5) w miejscu pomiędzy przenośnikiem (6) a odcinkiem (15) doprowadzona jest, dysza wodna (10) wyposażona w elektrozawór (14). Przenośnik ślimakowy (6) połączony jest z komorą (11) nadmiaru materiału suchego, w którym umieszczona jest przesuwna płyta czujnika (12) połączona z czujnikiem napełnienia (13), który posiada elektryczne połączenie z podajnikiem ślimakowym dozującym (3). Sposób mieszania betonu z wodą wykorzystujący przenośnik ślimakowy polegający na tym, że mieszankę suchych składników (1) wprowadza się do kosza zasypowego (2) prowadzącego do pierwszego przenośnika dozującego (3), który następnie dostarcza mieszankę (1) za pomocą zsypu (4) do przenośnika ślimakowego (6). Przenośnik (6) transportuje mieszankę (1) w miejsce, gdzie za pomocą dyszy wodnej (10) dostarczana jest woda oraz gdzie mieszanka zarobiona wodą (8) transportowana jest dalej przy pomocą mieszadeł łopatkowych (9). The screw conveyor (6) is located between the mouth of the discharge pipe (4) and the end section of the mixer (15), while the housing (5) is provided in the place between the conveyor (6) and the section (15) with a water nozzle (10) equipped with the solenoid valve (14). The screw conveyor (6) is connected to a chamber (11) of excess dry material, in which a sliding sensor plate (12) is placed, connected to the filling sensor (13), which has an electrical connection with the dosing screw conveyor (3). A method of mixing concrete with water using a screw conveyor in which the mixture of dry ingredients (1) is introduced into a charging hopper (2) leading to the first dosing conveyor (3), which then delivers the mixture (1) via a chute (4) to the auger (6). The conveyor (6) transports the mixture (1) to the place where water is supplied by the water nozzle (10) and where the water mixture (8) is further transported by paddle mixers (9). The amount of the mixture (1) supplied to the screw conveyor (6) is determined by measuring the deflection of the plate (12) with the fill sensor (13), under the influence of the mixture (1) entering the excess dry material chamber (11) from the screw conveyor (6) and then, based on the measurement, the operation of the dosing conveyor is controlled (3).
