Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest powłoka na bazie żywicy epoksydowej, zawierająca żywicę epoksydową, wypełniacz w postaci piasku kwarcowego oraz utwardzacz na bazie alifatycznych poliaminów, przeznaczona zwłaszcza do stosowania jako warstwa wykończeniowa podłóg przemysłowych, charakteryzuje się tym, że w jej skład wchodzi: żywica epoksydowa na bazie bisfenolu o masie cząsteczkowej <700 w ilości 48,7 - 51,4% wagowych; wypełniacz w postaci kruszywa recyklingowego o co najmniej 90% udziale ziaren o średnicy poniżej 1 mm i zawierający w swoim składzie masowo w przybliżeniu 88,8% SiO2, 5,8% Al2O3, 1,3% CaO i maksimum 4,0% Fe2O3 w ilości 7,5 - 35,3% wagowych; wypełniacz w postaci piasku kwarcowego o co najmniej 90% udziale ziaren o średnicy poniżej 1 mm i zawierający w swoim składzie masowo przybliżeniu 88,9% SiO2, 9,0% Al2O3 i 2,0% CaO w ilości 2,2 - 30,0% wagowych; oraz utwardzacz na bazie alifatycznych poliaminów w ilości 11,1 - 13,8% wagowych.The subject of the application is an epoxy resin coating containing epoxy resin, quartz sand filler and a hardener based on aliphatic polyamines, intended especially for use as a finishing layer for industrial floors, characterized by the fact that it includes: epoxy resin based on bisphenol having a molecular weight <700 in an amount of 48.7-51.4% by weight; a recycled aggregate filler with at least 90% of grains with a diameter below 1 mm and containing by weight approximately 88.8% SiO2, 5.8% Al2O3, 1.3% CaO and a maximum of 4.0% Fe2O3 in amounts of 7.5-35.3% by weight; a filler in the form of quartz sand with at least 90% of grains with a diameter below 1 mm and containing in its composition by weight approximately 88.9% SiO2, 9.0% Al2O3 and 2.0% CaO in the amount of 2.2 - 30.0 % by weight; and a hardener based on aliphatic polyamines in an amount of 11.1-13.8% by weight.
