Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przyrząd do badania zderzeń sprężystych. Przyrząd ma poziomy walec (1), którego tylny koniec jest płaski, a przedni ma kształt paraboloidy i w przednim końcu znajdują się dwa połączone ze sobą kanały (2, 3) o przekroju kołowym. Kanał (2) jest poziomy i współosiowy z walcem (1), a kanał (3) pionowy i skierowany ku górze. W poziomym kanale (2) w miejscu jego połączenia z kanałem pionowym (3), znajduje się koncentrator. Poziomy walec (1) jest podwieszony za pomocą dwóch par prętów ustawionych wzdłuż ramion litery V pod poziomą belką (7), w której przedniej części osadzony jest wylot lejka (8), napełnionego kulkami (9). Wylot lejka (8) połączony jest giętką rurką (10) z pionowym kanałem (3) w poziomym walcu (1). W wylocie lejka (8) nad poziomą belką jest szczelina, w którą wsunięte jest poziome ramię zastawki w kształcie kątownika. Pozioma belka jest też zaopatrzona w dwa progi — górny i dolny oraz w pionowy otwór między tymi progami. Między pionowym ramieniem zastawki i górnym progiem znajduje się sprężyna śrubowa, wsuwająca poziome ramię zastawki do szczeliny w wylocie lejka (8). Pozioma belka (7) ma wspornik z osadzoną w nim poziomą osią, na której jest osadzony pręt wahadła. Pręt jest połączony z pionowym ramieniem zastawki za pomocą linki, opasującej progi i przechodzącej przez pionowy otwór w poziomej belce (7). Tylny koniec poziomej belki (7) jest przymocowany do słupka (21), osadzonego w podstawie przyrządu (22).The subject of the application is a device for testing elastic collisions. The apparatus has a horizontal cylinder (1) the rear end of which is flat and the front end is paraboloidal and has two circular channels (2, 3) connected to each other at the front end. The channel (2) is horizontal and coaxial with the cylinder (1) and the channel (3) is vertical and upward. In the horizontal channel (2), at the point of its connection with the vertical channel (3), there is a concentrator. The horizontal cylinder (1) is suspended by two pairs of bars arranged along the V-shaped arms under the horizontal beam (7) with the funnel outlet (8) filled with balls (9) in the front part of it. The outlet of the funnel (8) is connected by a flexible tube (10) with a vertical channel (3) in the horizontal cylinder (1). In the funnel outlet (8), above the horizontal beam, there is a slot in which the horizontal valve arm in the shape of an angle is inserted. The horizontal beam is also equipped with two thresholds - an upper and a lower one, and a vertical opening between these thresholds. There is a helical spring between the vertical valve arm and the upper sill, which pushes the horizontal valve arm into the slot in the funnel outlet (8). The horizontal beam (7) has a cantilever with a horizontal axis embedded in it, on which the pendulum rod is mounted. The rod is connected to the vertical arm of the valve by means of a cable, surrounding the sills and passing through the vertical opening in the horizontal beam (7). The rear end of the horizontal beam (7) is attached to a post (21) seated in the base of the tool (22).
