Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania warstwy ochronnej z efektem optycznym na powierzchni przedmiotów metalowych. Sposób polega na tym, że na powierzchni tych przedmiotów, w temperaturze 20-300°C osadza się metodą ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition), powłokę o grubości od 10 nm do 2 μm złożoną z co najmniej jednej warstwy tlenkowej ZnO, i/lub Al2O3, i/lub HfO2, i/lub TiO2, i/lub ZrO2 przy czym osadzanie to prowadzi się w co najmniej 20 cyklach procesu ALD, stosując prekursory metali cynku, hafnu, cyrkonu, tytanu i glinu oraz prekursory tlenu o dozach z zakresu 0,01 – 20s.
