Abstract

Rozwiązanie dotyczy podajnika do piły pakietowej, który umożliwia automatyzację procesu cięcia na wymiar pakietu podłużnych elementów meblowych. Podajnik do piły pakietowej posiada sztywną konstrukcję nośną (1) o profilu odwróconej litery „L” złożoną z pionowej ramy (2) i połączonej z nią od góry pod kątem prostym poziomej ramy (3). Konstrukcja nośna (1) ma od góry poziomą ramę ruchomą (4), zamocowaną swoją tylną częścią do pionowej ramy (2) konstrukcji nośnej (1) poprzez dwa podwójne zawiasy (6 i 6'), zaś po stronie przeciwnej zamocowana jest do boku (7) jej poziomej ramy (3), poprzez co najmniej jeden podnośnik (8). The supporting structure (1) has a horizontal movable frame (4) from the top, fixed with its rear part to the vertical frame (2) of the supporting structure (1) through two double hinges (6 and 6 '), and on the opposite side it is attached to the side ( 7) its horizontal frame (3) through at least one jack (8). The horizontal mobile frame (4) has the same carrying arms (11) and is equipped with long belt conveyors. On the extension of the carrying arms (11) there are the same, short feeding arms (15) equipped with short belt conveyors (16).
