Abstract
Metoda zabezpieczania drewna, w tym drewnianych elementów konstrukcyjnych przed działaniem ognia w której każdy ze składników przygotowywanej na miejscu mieszanki uniepalniającej umieszczony jest w odrębnym pojemniku z którego każdy ze składników dozowany jest do mieszalnika łączącego składniki w gotową mieszankę, która bezpośrednio po jej wymieszaniu w mieszalniku dozowana jest do umieszczonej pod mieszalnikiem polewarki kurtynowej która poprzez polewanie nanosi mieszankę na przesuwające się pod nią elementy. Składniki stanowiące małocząsteczkowe substancje stałe dozowane są do mieszalnika za pomocą podajnika Ślimakowego, a ilość składników podlegających wymieszaniu do gotowej mieszaniny, oraz intensywność nanoszenia gotowej substancji na chronione elementy regulowana jest elektronicznie za pomocą sterownika komputerowego lub mechanicznie za pomocą dźwigni. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także mieszanka uniepalniająca z zawartością żywicy akrylowej i wody w której skład wchodzi dyspersja wodna w postaci małocząsteczkowej żywicy akrylowej stanowiącej od 73 do 99,89% wag. preparatu, stanowiąca spoiwo i składnik teksturo twórczy, sypka krzemionka płomieniowa, stanowiąca od 0,01 do 3% wag. preparatu, zagęszczająca preparat, oraz sypki grafit ekspandowany, stanowiący od 0,1 do 20% wag. preparatu, jako czynnik ognioodporny. Zawartość małocząsteczkowej żywicy akrylowej może być zastąpiona do 49% wag. mieszanki rozpuszczalnikiem polarnym tj. wodą. Zawartość małocząsteczkowej żywicy akrylowej może być zastąpiona do 10% wag. mieszanki domieszkami innych substancji, np. grzybobójczych, lub ognioodpornych np. węglan guanidyny poprawiających właściwości preparatu.A method of protecting wood, including wooden structural elements, against fire, in which each of the components of the flame-retardant mixture prepared on site is placed in a separate container, each of which is dosed into the mixer, combining the ingredients into a ready-made mixture, which is dosed immediately after mixing it in the mixer is for a curtain coater located under the mixer, which applies the mixture to the elements moving underneath by pouring. The content of the low molecular weight acrylic resin can be replaced up to 49% by weight. mixtures with a polar solvent, i.e. water. The content of the low molecular weight acrylic resin can be replaced by up to 10% by weight. mixtures with admixtures of other substances, e.g. fungicidal or fire-resistant, e.g. guanidine carbonate, improving the properties of the preparation.
