Abstract
Sposób regeneracji strumienia ścieków technologicznych z etapu oczyszczania poli(siarczku fenylenu) w procesie jego produkcji, polega na tym, że roztwór powstały po ekstrakcji zanieczyszczeń kwasem octowym poddaje się destylacji w układzie dwóch kolumn destylacyjnych, pracujących pod ciśnieniem zbliżonym do ciśnienia atmosferycznego, a z uzyskanych destylatów sporządza się roztwory octanu sodu oraz kwasu octowego. Najpierw roztwór po ekstrakcji zanieczyszczeń poddaje się destylacji w kolumnie zatężania i uzyskuje destylat, o stężeniu kwasu 1 - 2% m/m oraz odciek z kolumny zatężania. Następnie odciek poddaje się destylacji w kolumnie odzysku i uzyskuje się odciek oraz destylat z kolumny odzysku, o stężeniu kwasu octowego powyżej 3% m/m. Dalej część uzyskanych destylatów neutralizuje się roztworem wodorotlenku sodu i po odparowaniu nadmiaru wody uzyskuje się roztwór octanu sodu o stężeniu 5 - 60% m/m. Z kolei inną część uzyskanych destylatów miesza się ze stężonym roztworem kwasu octowego w takich proporcjach, że finalne stężenie kwasu wynosi nie mniej niż 3% m/m.The method of regenerating the technological wastewater stream from the poly (phenylene sulphide) purification stage in the process of its production consists in the fact that the solution resulting from the extraction of pollutants with acetic acid is distilled in a system of two distillation columns operating at a pressure close to atmospheric pressure, and from the obtained distillates sodium acetate and acetic acid solutions are prepared. First, the solution after extraction of the impurities is distilled in the concentration column to obtain a distillate with an acid concentration of 1 - 2% m / m and the effluent from the concentration column. The effluent is then distilled in the recovery column to obtain the effluent and distillate from the recovery column with acetic acid concentration above 3% m / m. Further, some of the distillates obtained are neutralized with sodium hydroxide solution, and after the excess water has been evaporated, a sodium acetate solution with a concentration of 5 - 60% m / m is obtained. Another part of the obtained distillates is then mixed with a concentrated acetic acid solution in such proportions that the final acid concentration is not less than 3% m / m.
