Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania paliwa formowanego z ubocznych produktów flotacyjnego wzbogacania węgla koksowego oraz mieszanka do wytwarzania paliwa formowanego z ubocznych produktów flotacyjnego wzbogacania węgla koksowego wytworzona tym sposobem, które to paliwo stosuje się zwłaszcza do opalania kotłów małej mocy z automatycznym podawaniem paliwa. Mieszanka do wytwarzania paliwa formowanego, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera w swoim składzie materiał węglowy w postaci ubocznego produktu z procesu flotacyjnego wzbogacania węgla koksowego, poddanego obróbce termicznej w temperaturze od 150°C do 300°C, w atmosferze obróbki termicznej zawierającej od 17 do 21% objętości tlenu oraz biomasę i spoiwo.The present invention relates to a method for producing fuel formed from coking coal flotation enrichment by-products and a blend for producing fuel formed from coking coal flotation enrichment by this method, which fuel is used in particular for firing low-power boilers with automatic fuel feed. The blend for the production of molded fuel is characterized by the fact that it contains carbon material in the form of a by-product from the flotation enrichment of coking coal, thermally treated at a temperature of 150 ° C to 300 ° C, in a thermal treatment atmosphere containing from 17 to 21% by volume of oxygen as well as biomass and binder.
