Abstract
Układ do ciągłego monitoringu stanu wytężenia ustrojów nośnych maszyn górnictwa odkrywkowego w szczególności koparek wielonaczyniowych i zwałowarek taśmowych, umożliwiający ocenę tego stanu zarówno w zakresie wytrzymałości zmęczeniowej jak i wytrzymałości doraźnej oraz wczesnego ostrzegania o możliwości wyczerpania się zasobu trwałości zmęczeniowej jak i przekroczenia warunku wytrzymałości doraźnej, składający się z modułu pomiarowego (P), modułu obliczeniowego (O) i modułu dystrybucji wyników (D), przy czym moduł pomiarowy (P) składa się z umieszczanych na elementach ustroju nośnego maszyny czujników pomiarowych (PT1...PTn) na wejściu i zespołu wzmacniaczy sygnałów pomiarowych (PW1...PWn) i przetworników analogowo - cyfrowych (A/C) na wyjściu, przy czym wyjścia przetworników analogowo - cyfrowych (A/C) połączone są z procesorem komunikacyjnym (PK), który poprzez interfejs komunikacyjny (PI) przyłączony jest do modułu obliczeniowego (O) kolejno połączonego z modułem dystrybucji wyników (D), charakteryzuje się tym, że wyposażony jest w moduł (E) pobierania ze sterownika maszyny (SM) wartości sygnałów stanu głównych napędów oraz wzajemnego położenia podstawowych zespołów roboczych maszyny, który na wejściu ma połączone poprzez procesor komunikacyjny (PK) i interfejs komunikacyjny (PI) z magistralą komunikacyjną sterownika maszyny (SM) prądowe przetworniki cyfrowo — analogowe (C/A), a na wyjściu przyłączone do powyższych przetworników cyfrowo - analogowych (C/A) przetworniki analogowo - cyfrowe (A/C) poprzez procesor komunikacyjny (PK) i interfejs komunikacyjny (PI) przyłączone do modułu obliczeniowego (O) układu monitorowania (M) wytężenia ustroju nośnego.A system for continuous monitoring of the strain of the load-bearing structures of opencast mining machines, in particular multi-bucket excavators and belt stackers, enabling the assessment of this condition both in terms of fatigue strength and temporary strength, and early warning about the possibility of exhaustion of the resource of fatigue life and exceeding the condition of immediate strength, consisting of consists of a measuring module (P), a computing module (O) and a results distribution module (D), while the measuring module (P) consists of measuring sensors (PT1 ...
