Abstract
Zgłoszenie rozwiązuje zagadnienie sposobu oczyszczania, zwłaszcza wód surowych i ścieków przemysłowych oraz zespół urządzeń do realizacji tego sposobu. Sposób polega na tym, że do transportowanych pod ciśnieniem do reaktora (3) dopływowym kolektorem (1) wód surowych lub ścieków dodaje się kolejno reagenty, chemikalia i sprężone powietrze, po czym wzbogacone podczas przepływu o reagenty, chemikalia i napowietrzone wody surowe lub ścieki w reaktorze (3) uzupełnia o dozowane ciśnieniowo flokulanty anionowe i kationowe. Przereagowane wody surowe lub ścieki kieruje się na filtracyjny węzeł (20) i poddaje filtracji na złożu żwirowym lub ultrafiltracji na ciśnieniowych membranach ultrafiltracyjnych.The application solves the issue of the method of treatment, especially of raw water and industrial wastewater, and a set of devices for the implementation of this method. The method is based on the fact that reagents, chemicals and compressed air are successively added to the raw water or wastewater transported under pressure to the reactor (3) by the inflow collector (1), and then enriched with reagents, chemicals and aerated raw water or wastewater in the flow. the reactor (3) is supplemented with pressure-dosed anionic and cationic flocculants. The reacted raw water or wastewater is directed to the filtration unit (20) and subjected to filtration on a gravel bed or ultrafiltration on pressure ultrafiltration membranes.
