The method is based on the fact that reagents, chemicals and compressed air are successively added to the raw water or wastewater transported under pressure to the reactor (3) by the inflow collector (1), and then enriched with reagents, chemicals and aerated raw water or wastewater in the flow. the reactor (3) is supplemented with pressure-dosed anionic and cationic flocculants. The reacted raw water or wastewater is directed to the filtration unit (20) and subjected to filtration on a gravel bed or ultrafiltration on pressure ultrafiltration membranes.
