Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest uniwersalny bezdotykowy dozownik płynu do rąk, który charakteryzuje się tym, że w dolnej części korpusu (1) tego dozownika umieszczona jest metalowa wewnętrzna obudowa połączona z nim rozłącznie, której górne czoło połączone jest rozłącznie z pokrywą górną posiadającą przelotowy otwór, przy czym wewnątrz tej obudowy zamontowany jest podzespół hydrauliczny i połączony z nim podzespół pedału nożnego, którego pedał nożny poprzez prostokątny otwór (76) wystaje na zewnątrz korpusu (1), natomiast na pokrywie wewnętrznej obudowy umieszczony jest zbiornik (8) płynu dezynfekującego z U-owym wyjęciem (26) osadzony na prostokątnym rurowym elemencie korpusu (1), natomiast górne czoło tego korpusu przysłonięte jest pokrywą, ponadto w wewnętrznej obudowie umieszczony jest przewód rurowy (64) podzespołu hydraulicznego wychodzący poprzez otwór pokrywy górnej, który następnie przechodzi przez wnętrze prostokątnego rurowego elementu, a jego koniec połączony jest poprzez szybkozłączkę z dyszą wylotową umieszczoną w obudowie połączoną nierozłącznie z górną częścią zewnętrznej powierzchni jednej ściany korpusu (1), usytuowaną na przeciw pedału nożnego, przy czym podzespół hydrauliczny wyposażony jest w rurową iglicę usytuowaną naprzeciw tulejowej dolnej nakrętki (29) nakręconej na tulejowe odsadzenie zbiornika (8) płynu dezynfekującego, która poprzez szybkozłączkę połączona jest rozłącznie z przewodem rurowym, doprowadzającym ten płyn do siłownika.The subject of the invention is a universal non-contact hand fluid dispenser, which is characterized in that in the lower part of the body (1) of the dispenser there is a metal internal housing detachably connected to it, the upper face of which is detachably connected to the upper cover having a through-opening, whereby inside this housing there is a hydraulic component and a foot pedal component connected to it, whose foot pedal protrudes outside the body (1) through a rectangular opening (76), while a disinfecting liquid container (8) with U-shaped removal is located on the cover of the internal housing (26) mounted on a rectangular tubular element of the body (1), while the upper face of this body is covered with a cover, moreover, in the inner casing there is a pipe conduit (64) of the hydraulic subassembly coming out through the opening of the top cover, which then passes through the inside of the rectangular tubular element, and its end is connected by quickly a connector with an outlet nozzle placed in the housing, inseparably connected to the upper part of the outer surface of one body wall (1), placed against the foot pedal, the hydraulic subassembly being equipped with a tubular needle opposite the sleeve lower nut (29) screwed on the sleeve shoulder of the tank ( 8) disinfecting liquid, which is detachably connected through a quick-coupler with a pipe supplying the liquid to the actuator.
