Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest budynek zero energetyczny, zwłaszcza jednorodzinny z zadaszeniem użytkowym charakteryzujący się tym, że ma czworokątną izolacyjną płytę fundamentową (1), która składa się korzystnie z trzech wzajemnie połączonych wzdłużnymi bokami segmentów (2, 3 i 4), przy czym w części dolnej ma przytwierdzoną siatkę (10) a na obwodzie płyta fundamentowa (1) okolona jest materiałem termoizolacyjnym (11), zaś od góry ma warstwę jastrychowej płyty (12) a pod nią przyklejoną do warstwy termoizolacyjnej (9) dodatkową warstwę styropianu (13) z wyżłobieniami pod ogrzewanie podłogowe (14), przy czym na skraju boków ażurowej konstrukcji żelbetowej (5) ma termoizolacyjne ściany zewnętrzne (15) ze słupami konstrukcyjnymi (16) posadowionymi w miejscach odpowiadających żelbetowym ukształtowaniom (8) i na ścianach dłuższych boków budynku na konstrukcji nośnej posadowione ma konstrukcje kratownic (17), do których podwieszony ma drewniany strop (18).The subject of the application is a zero-energy building, especially a single-family building with a usable roof, characterized by the fact that it has a quadrangular insulating foundation slab (1), which preferably consists of three segments (2, 3 and 4) interconnected by longitudinal sides, the lower part being it has a mesh (10) attached and the foundation plate (1) is lined with heat-insulating material (11) on its perimeter, and has a layer of screed plate (12) on the top and an additional layer of polystyrene (13) with grooves glued to the heat-insulating layer (9) for underfloor heating (14), while on the edge of the sides of the openwork reinforced concrete structure (5) it has heat-insulating external walls (15) with structural poles (16) located in places corresponding to the reinforced concrete shapes (8) and on the walls of the long sides of the building on the supporting structure it has truss structures (17), to which a wooden ceiling (18) is suspended.
