Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób formowania włókniny biodegradowalnej, włóknina wykonana tym sposobem, oraz zespół urządzeń do realizowania tegoż sposobu, mające zastosowanie przy produkcji celulozowych artykułów do sprzątania i wyrobów higienicznych, oraz zastosowań medycznych. Sposób formowania włókniny biodegradowalnej, w którym to warstwy zawierające przynajmniej 50% pulpy celulozowej igłuje się wodą, charakteryzuje się tym, że którąkolwiek z warstw włókniny uzyskuje się przez zdyspergowanie włókien pulpy celulozowej w wodzie, z których to formuje się na mokro pokład włókien pulpy celulozowej (7), który to następnie odcedza się korzystnie za pomocą głowicy formującej (1), natomiast inną z warstw formuje się za pomocą procesu zgrzeblenia włókien wiskozowych i/lub włókien Lyocell (Tencel) i/lub bawełny i/lub kotonizowanego lnu i/lub kotonizowanych włókien konopi, uzyskując pokład włókien zgrzeblonych, kolejno warstwy pokładu włókien pulpy celulozowej (7) i pokładu włókien zgrzeblonych w dowolnej kolejności nakłada się na siebie i łączy się je w procesie igłowania wodą igłowarką wodną, a następnie uzyskaną włókninę suszy się powietrzem, korzystnie za pomocą suszarki przedmuchowej (5).
